You shot the arrow through my heart,
Without a care.
You beat me down,
And called me stupid.
Abused and abandoned,
One like myself,
Will never begin to heal.
(It was origanally different, but I remembered this jerk and edited it against what he did to me... instead of what recently happened but we wont share that now will we?)

What's my broken heart,
Compared to his happiness?
Wouldn't a person who truly loved someone,
Let them go?
Where's my strength?
I claim to love him,
Yet I want to hate him.
He made me hurt.
Why not get revenge?
Why,
Is because I'd made a promise,
To myself,
To never betray him.
(One of my weaker poems, but its certainly how I feel. My poems are usually honest, and never truly a lie.)

I abuse myself,
To abuse you.
Is my selfpunishment to get your attention,
Beyond redemption?(sp)
You never notice,
Unless I'm doing something foolish.
Then you care.
You don't want me to die,
But you allow me to hurt so.
You say your sorry,
But its really not enough.
(Im sorry Im really liking this subject!)

I scratch my wrist,
And feel a slight pain.
I think of the first guy who honestly betrayed me,
And I'm doubled-over in pain.
Agony.
I think of you,
And the pain relaxes,
Or so it used to be.
(Im just trying to get out my upset feelings....)

One slip.
One mistake.
With that,
My whole world came crashing down,
Around me.
Its as simple as one slip-up,
And you are a goner.

I like them, writing really do bring out the feeling of people. Keep it up! try to use rhyming words next time. I like it its good!! hihi

I guess you have a point rainbow but i agree w/ you the poems are good
